Toasty green tea with roasted, popped rice.
Green tea and roasted, popped brown rice brew a golden yellow cup with a subtle nutty flavor, a little like Rice Krispies. It's light, toasty, and easy to drink any time of day.
Our favorite way to drink it in winter: brew a hot cup of Genmaicha, then use it instead of water to whisk up some matcha.
